By booking a tour or using our website, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions.
1. Booking & Confirmation
- All bookings are subject to availability.
- A deposit may be required to confirm your reservation.
- Final confirmation will be sent via email or WhatsApp.
2. Rates & Inclusions
Tour rates typically include:
- Private transportation with English-speaking driver Petra Day Trip from Amman
- Entrance fees to mentioned sites
- Jeep tours in Wadi Rum (when listed) Petra Day Trip from Amman

- Hotel accommodation (when part of package)
Unless specifically mentioned, rates do not include:
- Travel insurance
- Tips for guides and drivers
- Personal expenses
- Optional activities (camel rides, carriage rides, etc.)
3. Payment Policy
- Payment can be made via bank transfer, cash, or approved online payment methods.
- Some services require full prepayment.
- Currency is typically USD unless otherwise stated.
4. Cancellation & Refund Policy
- Cancellations made more than 72 hours before the tour: refundable (excluding transaction fees).
- Cancellations made within 48 hours: partial refund may apply.
- Same-day cancellation: non-refundable.
- No-show: non-refundable.
For multi-day tours including hotels and camps, cancellation policies may vary depending on supplier policies.
5. Visa Assistance
Certain packages include visa assistance (free visa under specific conditions) Petra Day Trip from Amman.
Visa approval is subject to Jordanian government regulations. We are not responsible for denied entry due to incomplete or incorrect documentation.
6. Travel Insurance
Travel insurance is not included and is highly recommended.
We are not responsible for medical emergencies, injuries, or personal losses.
7. Force Majeure
Sindbad Jordan Tours is not liable for delays, cancellations, or changes due to:
- Weather conditions
- Government restrictions
- Political instability
- Natural disasters
- Site closures
In such cases, alternative arrangements will be offered where possible.
8. Health & Safety
Adventure activities such as:
- Wadi Mujib Siq Trail
- Wadi Rum Jeep tours
- Desert hiking
are undertaken at your own risk. Guests must follow safety instructions.
9. Limitation of Liability
We act as an intermediary between clients and service providers (hotels, transport, guides).
We are not liable for acts or omissions of third-party providers.
10. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the Hashemite Kingdom of Jordan.
