Refund & Cancellation Policy

Sindbad Jordan Tours

At Sindbad Jordan Tours, we are committed to providing high-quality travel experiences across Jordan. Please review our cancellation and refund policy carefully before confirming your booking.

1. Cancellation by the Customer (Multi-Day Tours)

  • Cancellations made 7 days or more before arrival date: 100% refund (excluding bank or payment processing fees).
  • Cancellations made 3–6 days before arrival: 50% refund.
  • Cancellations made less than 72 hours before arrival: No refund.
  • No-show (failure to arrive without prior notice): No refund.

2. Cancellation Policy for Day Tours

  • Cancellation made 48 hours or more before the tour date: Full refund (excluding bank charges).
  • Cancellation made within 24–48 hours: 50% refund.
  • Cancellation made less than 24 hours before the tour: No refund.
  • No-show: No refund.

3. Refund Processing

  • Approved refunds will be processed within 7–14 business days.
  • Refunds will be issued to the original method of payment.
  • Any bank transfer fees, credit card fees, or online payment processing fees are non-refundable.

4. Visa Rejection

If a Jordanian visa application is officially rejected and valid proof is provided, a full refund will be issued (excluding any non-refundable processing or administrative fees).

5. Booking Amendments

  • Date changes are subject to availability.
  • Amendments requested less than 72 hours before arrival may incur additional charges.
  • Upgrades or modifications may result in price adjustments.

6. Force Majeure

Sindbad Jordan Tours shall not be held responsible for cancellations or changes due to circumstances beyond our control, including but not limited to:

  • Government regulations or border closures
  • Extreme weather conditions
  • Natural disasters
  • Political instability
  • Airline delays or cancellations

In such cases, we will make every effort to provide alternative arrangements or reschedule the tour.

7. Health & Safety

Clients are responsible for ensuring they are medically fit for travel activities included in their tour. Travel insurance is strongly recommended.
