Experience the Magic of Wadi Rum: A Day Safari from Amman
Today you will trade the cityscapes of Amman for the majestic desert landscapes of Wadi Rum, a UNESCO World Heritage site known as the "Valley of the Moon."
Your driver will pick you up from your hotel for a 3.5-hour transfer south to the heart of the desert. Upon arrival, you'll board a 4x4 driven by an experienced English-speaking Bedouin guide for a 4 to 5-hour adventure, following in the historic footsteps of T.E. Lawrence.
Explore the Wilderness:
Climb massive sand dunes, scramble over natural rock bridges (including the Little Bridge and Um Frouth Rock Bridge), explore ancient sites like the Nabataean Temple and Lawrence's Spring, and hike through narrow canyons such as Khazali Canyon. A picnic lunch box will be provided to enjoy amidst the stunning natural beauty.
Optional Camel Ride:
For an authentic desert experience, you have the option to add a 1-hour camel ride on your return route for $20USD per hour.
After a day of exhilarating exploration, your driver will meet you in the village for a comfortable 3.5-hour drive back to your hotel in Amman.
